“Status Pending” or “Payment status is Pending” can be displayed in the Your Purchases section and in the Your Files section of the My Account page respectively.
If you pay per Check (invoice), your payment status remains “Pending” until we have received your payment and have manually set the status to “Complete”. Please allow some time for bank processing and for us.
We actually sent you an email “CC-API: Thank you for your Purchase” with the payment details. Have a look into your spam/ junk folder, if you have not seen it!
